Week 16 Part B: Building Out the Strategy

 January Outline

  1.  Instagram: Make a sponsored post with company logo with brief description of PlayGround Podcast - as an adult you look at the playground and want to be able to slide down those slides or swing on the swings, but everyone thinks it's weird. We've got you. You're not weird. You deserve to play, so join us on the adult playground to talk about a hodgepodge of topics and listen to some sick tunes. *20m post with the creation of an aesthetic photo and writing caption.
  2. TikTok: Brief  30 second video of us sitting in the car listening to a few different songs at the chorus to demonstrate music that will be played. Come jam with us. *30m post - we're going to be jamming out so that'll take a minute, and then the editing of combing the videos together
  3. Instagram: Post a photo of a list of the top five concerts that we've been to (including music festivals) and have a caption asking about the best concert that everyone else has been to and maybe ask their favorite song from said concert. * 15 minute post - deciding our favorites, creating the list, and writing the caption
  4. Tiktok: 60 second video from podcast on the topic of work stories with the worst and craziest customers we've ever had (we're servers).  *30m post with editing together the best stories to cut down in to 60 seconds.
  5. Instagram: Highlight reel of podcast section discussing stories and decisions we've made in life how we don't understand how we are alive today...now that is a long topic. Driving strangers around, getting in stranger's cars, taking questionable things from strangers. Basically, don't trust strangers. *45 minute post - finding the highlights from each story to bring viewers in will take a majority of the time.
  6. TikTok: podcast highlight on our unprofessional opinions on the mind of serial killers/murderers, and I share a personal experience with a killer.  *20 minute post
  7. TikTok: 3 minute video of truth or drink...that should be interesting. Most likely wouldn't be part of the podcast. We'd want this one to feel more personal to the audience. *60 minute post with the creation of the video and then deciding which questions are the best ones to keep in the video, finding the ones with the best reactions or the funniest stories.
  8. Instagram: A repost of the previous TikTok because a lot of people repost TikToks on to Instagram, and I think this would be a good one to repost. *5 minute post - not difficult to export or repost from TikTok
  9. Instagram: highlight reel of our top songs from the week with brief clips from the song's music videos or the music playing with the album art on the screen. *60 minute post with cutting the songs at just the right moment, adding transitions from one song to the next, etc.
  10. TikTok: podcast snippet of our life's biggest regrets. It isn't comical but it gives the listeners a personal look in to our lives, and I think that if we have gained any footing at this point, people would enjoy getting to know us a little better. *20 minute post of editing together the most personal ones and writing a caption
  11. Instagram: podcast highlight of some of the craziest conspiracy theories we've heard and some conspiracy theories that we believe. *60 minute post with having to edit down all of the theories into 60 seconds - finding peak moments from the most interesting theories and funny moments from why we believe some of them
  12. TikTok: video from podcast where we talk about pet peeves. Probably a minute to a minute and a half long. Most likely would focus on a few of the pet peeves that make us most annoyed and why. *30 minute post - picking out the most entertaining pet peeves and putting the best ones together
  13. Instagram: another sponsored post with a 30 second video from the podcast where we explain that the podcast is a melting pot of weird stories, music, opinions on life. *60 minute post - have to film this as its own section since we don't explain what the podcast is in every podcast, edit video together, pay for advertisement.
  14. TikTok: Podcast snippet of discussion about the most intriguing cults. Leader vs. follower. What type of person starts a cult? Do they find weak and vulnerable people to join? Are they just cunning enough to bring people in blind? Focus on the back and forth of our conversation about these questions. *60 minute post - cutting down the synopses of a specific cult, figuring out how to blend our questions and answers in smoothly to have people feel that they're in the conversation.
  15. TikTok: 1-2 minute video where we proposition each other with "what if" situations to see how the other one would handle them - potential parenting discipline situations, sugar daddy propositions, morality questions.
  16. Instagram: it's a new week, we post a mesh video of us jamming in the car and our top songs of the week - we jam in the car to our top songs of the week. *30 minute post - this one would be similar in length to the original car jam video because we don't have to edit the songs together with having smooth transitions. It can be as chaotic as we are.
  17. TikTk: podcast moment of what we think happens after death. I share a moment where I almost died or could have possibly been on the brink of death. Do we believe in religious aspects of death? Is there truth to it? Are we reincarnated? WHO KNOWS?? We don't, but let's talk about it. *30 minute video - edit together my scenario, highlights of each opinion.
  18. Instagram: podcast highlight of what we think goes on in the deep sea: bermuda triangle, atlantis, and we find some of the craziest creatures that have been discovered in the deep dark ocean. *45 minute post - have to edit in photos of creatures that have been discovered, pictures of bermuda triangle on map.
  19. TikTok: 3 minute video where we each pick a weird messed up Reddit story to read to each other and get blind reactions. *30 minutes to find the stories and record video, edit out mistakes, etc
  20. Instagram: video of us playing a game that has a wheel of letter of the alphabet, you pick a card, start a timer, and have to say words to go with each letter. Loser gets pied. *45 minute post - play the game, pick the funniest round
  21. TikTok: make a minute or two long video about our "icks"...what do people do that make us immediately not like them anymore, what makes us uncomfortable. We may even throw in some icks about each other! *20 minutes - coming up with a list on our own, coming together, recording, editing
  22. Instagram: we attempt ASMR. Don't turn your headphones up because it will not be quiet. *60 minutes - gathering items to do ASMR with, recording, picking best "triggers"
  23. TikTok: podcast video of what eras we would want to live in, which ones we absolutely would not want to live in, and what generation we wish so badly we were born in to. *30 minute post
  24. Instagram: podcast highlight of secrets we find on Reddit - murder, infidelity, other secrets that make us feel more normal. *60 minute video - have to do some digging to find the juiciest Reddit secrets for the podcast, edit 60 second clip of the best secrets we could find.
  25. Instagram: we highlight a common debate we have in a video where we each explain our side, and then post a poll to see who's really right. This one could cause some real fights. Anything for the entertainment. *45 minute post - have to find our debate, record our sides, post poll, and wait for the winner. Most likely post an update screenshot of who the winner was.
  26. TikTok: podcast reel where we play the Family Feud game. Everyone loves family feud. *60 minutes - finding the best questions and answers to collage together.
  27. Instagram: new collage of our top five songs of the week. Same collage aspect as the post from the 9th.
  28. TikTok: podcast highlight of us talking about how we feel lost in our 20s, how we don't fully understand how to handle our finances, where we're going, and we ask for listener input and advice. *45 minute post with picking out the most important aspects of our confusion
  29. TikTok: highlight of some of the worst toxic friends that we've ever had and we share some of the stories of those friendships. *30 minute post
  30. Instagram: highlight of how gross girls really are. We've got a lot of nasty secrets, and we will expose women everywhere.  *20 minute post - come up with a list of our nitty gritty secrets, record, and edit
  31. TikTok: thank you to everyone who has found us within the last month and stuck with us, and we ask what other ideas people have for us to have in our podcast, let us know what they're favorite segment is, and any other commentary they have for our growing podcast.
