Week 10 Part A: Researching Email Marketing

           For this assignment I had to consider newsletters for my business. When I thought of my experience with newsletters from other businesses I didn't want anything to do with making them for my own business. The only newsletters I get from businesses are through email, and any time I get one I delete it or unsubscribe because I didn't want to be receiving them in the first place. The first business I thought of was Ulta. I get an email from them every. single. day. I do not want that junk in my email. They send out emails detailing new products or deals where you have to spend $75 to save $5....so you're taking away the tax and I end up spending $75 anyway? Quite a pet peeve of mine. Week 14: Social Media Management Tools

           I think that social media management tools can be extremely beneficial to a business, especially a small business where one person has to control every aspect of the business. That person can get extremely busy with the goods or services that they are providing, managing their finances, maintaining a website, etc. Social media is basically a necessity for up-and-coming businesses to connect with potential customers, and having to use multiple platforms is just adding the icing on top of the busy cake. I don't even have a real business and found it to be difficult to create consistent posts on Facebook and Instagram. Week1A: My Blog Theme

 Welcome To My Blog!         I've never done a blog before, so this is all very new to me. Of course I had to start with the theme since it gives everyone a sneak peak into who I am as a person. I chose a beach theme for my blog because I've been manifesting that I will live near the beach since I was a little girl. Does that sound crazy? Maybe. Do I care? Absolutely not - b ecause it worked!       I lived in Missouri for my entire life. My family didn't travel much because we didn't have the money for it, but I would never blame my parents for that. This just meant that when my family did get to see "a beach" for the first time it made it infinitely more special.
